Exploring Mindfulness Series


Mindfulness meditation allows for deeper connection with ourselves that naturally extends to our loved ones and our community. My hope is that this series will support you in learning to live mindfully so you may access an inner sense of peace, find more moments of clarity, and connect to your wisdom.

YOU WILL BEGIN TO IDENTIFY HOW TO:

  • tend to the body

  • observe thoughts without believing or identifying with them

  • calm the mind and use the breath

This series will be held Wednesday evenings on Zoom at 7:00pm for 60 minutes of mindful exploration. No prior meditation experience is required and all spiritual paths are welcome. The group will comprise of a maximum of 12 participants to foster an intimate connection and better support our learning experience.

This sweet collective is a welcoming space where we sit to steady the mind and open our hearts to be with whatever presents, moment to moment.  I invite you to bring your curiosity and patience as you connect to and nourish your inner landscape.
